Legalize prostitution ?
            Yes !

I absolutely believe prostitution should be legalized. Everywhere on the planet. If it is between consenting adults, then it should be legalized. Where it is not legal is where you have the really ugly problems: child prostitution, trafficking of people against their will, organized crime, and criminals who cheat and rob people constantly - they know you can't go to the police. This last point is prevalent everywhere in North America and infamously well known in Las Vegas. Millions of people are robbed in Las Vegas every year in the hope of finding "something" by fake clubs, fake escort services and such similar traps. The clowns who hand out flyers in public areas there are famous for luring you to these traps.

The world would actually be a SAFER place if prostitution was legalized. In places where prostitution is legal or allowed you have almost no pornography. It doesn't exist. The industry can't thrive there. (The people have no of a need of it, I suppose.) And: you would have less of the crimes I have mentioned above.

Prostitution is one of the pillars of society. You can no more take prostitution out of a society than you can knock out one of the legs from under a table. Does a 3-legged table work as well as a 4-legged table? No, it doesn't.

I detest any person, group, government, or country that makes prostitution illegal and rigorously implements this policy. I will never go there, and I will never give them a penny of my money.

I repeat, yes, I think prostitution should be legal everywhere, and if it was, it should only monitored in the most unobtrusive and respectful way possible. Putting prostitutes in storefront windows like they do in Amsterdam is overstating it. There is also the privacy issue that must be respected.
